For the last week or so, I have read many, many Threads and postings (it seems like hundreds), but have not found an answer/solution to my problem. I have used the search bar, but it seems that the threads found start off well, but peter out without any real solutions for the problem. I have followed the good advice of gprent, Bigwuggie, and a number of others, but I still have the problem.

As an APR2007 Newbie, I was most anxious to get started doing the Newbie Routing and hopefully to see some results. Why, because I am lacking in the cock department!
My starting stats (circumcised) were: BPFL 3.450, FG 2.50 (and sometimes less) and BPEL 4.438, EG 3.750.

So eager was I to get started, I was a bit too rough, jelqed dry which was a big mistake, and after 2 days was having to heal 2 broken blisters! With the advice of others, I cooled it and took it easy from then on. The big reason I believe I had problems from the beginning, was that my hands are wide, short and stubby, making it very difficult to get a good grip on my Little Mini :littleguy to do the routines properly. I asked for help and many replied and I have done better since and will always be thankful to them (they know who they are) for their suggestions.

However, after the first 3 or 4 sessions, I noticed that I was developing extra shaft skin. This is something I never noticed before, although I do have a turkey neck, not a bad one though, and something that I am not at all bothered by.

This new, stretched, extra skin, puddles around the base of my cock when erect, and when flaccid completely covers my circumcised unit, and even hangs over the head making it look like I am un-cut. Not a bad thing, I have always wanted to know what I would look like un-cut! Now I know :)

When my cock does a drastic turtle, sometimes I am left with a “sleeve or tube” of skin with the head about 1/2” inside. This worries me and isn’t very pleasing to look at! Before I started PE, my sex life was a good one and I never had any complaints about the size from any of my sex partners, including my ex wife. It was small and I always knew it, but it served me well and I never worried about it. However, I wanted to start PE, for ME alone, to gain some additional size. Now, I have a this unwanted problem and wonder if I would have been better off if I had not started PE. I hope it is not too late to reverse it.

Will it now always be with me?

Will it retract someday?

What can I do to help reduce this extra skin, or to keep it from continuing to stretch?

If there are threads that I have not found with solutions, please be kind enough to let me know how to find them.

Panos, firstly what is your current routine? As you grow, your dick should fill out the excess skin. I don’t know if it would retract cause I’m uncut so I never had to try to reconstruct my foreskin. I did get some excess skin (not much) As your erections get stronger etc it should seem to reduce. As for the jelqing, take it easy, not too hard but not too soft either. My guess is that yo are trying to rush things. You are getting doubts about PE because of negative effects you are observing. I got it too and stopped for a while. If anything, take some time off then restart.

Thanks. Once again you have given me encouragement. I wasn’t going to stop PE, but it was in the back of my mind.

I’m still on the NEWBIE ROUTINE.
(But, I’m seriously considering the “babbis Revised Newbie Routine”)
5min hot wrap (I actually do 10 min)
5 min. manual stretch (10 30sec stretches - PD, PU, PR, PL, + Circular/Rotary)
10 min jelq (about 150 3 sec. strokes)
5 min hot wrap (I actually do 10 min)
50 kegels of 5+ sec holds each
Plus: During the day I do fowfers and kegels as often and whenever I can. I do kegels in bed and then Bed fowfers all night long.

I am positive that I will eventually gain in length and girth, but what worries me is, because I am starting with such a small cock, will the gains be enough to take up the skin? If only a little is left then no problem. Little Mini Man has served me well for a long time, so I really can’t complain.

When stretching and jelqing, I try to work “only” the inside of my cock and not the outside. I hold the skin back as tightly as possible at the pubic bone and then only stretch or jelq the shaft. I do in a medium way now, and I will never again rush them or do it as hard as I originally did it when I started. There has been no additional stretching of the skin since I started doing this (thanks to this suggestion of a TP member).

I have ordered the AntiTurtle System from autoextender and hope that it will help the turtling. It is strange, when I am sitting or prone, I don’t turtle. It only turtles when I am standing. :-k Go figure!

Yes, I have gained. :) I had promised that I was not going to measure again until my 1 month anniv. date of 9APR, but when I believed that I had actually gained something, I’m afraid I gave in and measured it.
Started 4/12/07: BPEL 4.438 EG 3.750 - FL 3.750 FG 3.500
New measurements: 4/27/07 BPEL 4.688 EG 4.000 - FL 4.125 FG 4.000
Gains: + 2.250 + 0.250 + 0.375 + 0.500
Not much, but I am proud of it! :cheerlead
I just hope it stays! I will do what needs to be done to keep it!

Congrats on the gains man. If anything up the manual stretches to 10minutes or so. Exclude the circular stretches from the manal stretches. Add it as a separate exercise in the routine.

Thanks buddy, for the congrats. I do feel pretty good about it.

Good idea, I will up the manuals to 10. I assume you do circular stretches separately. How many and how long? If not with the manuals, then when. The Newbie routine is only stretches, jelqs and kegels as it is.

For manual stretches i do- 15 minutes of stretches SO, SU, SD, L, R. Then 5 minutes of circular stretches. THe strectches are about 20seconds per angle. THe circular stretces are 25 left, 25right, 10 left, 10right, 10left and 10 right. Most times I finish the circular stretches before 5 minutes and the time left is used to prepare for jelqing.

This is all good advice for Panos I was not sure what to tell him beings I’m cut.

I do hve n idea though put preparation H gel on it, this might retract it some, I’m no expert in this area approach with caution.

Advocet what do you think about this prep H idea?

I too am cut, NOW it just looks like I’m not. But, as I said, I’m learning how to enjoy all that new sensation of skin slipping ‘n sliding when spanking the monkey! Oh, boy! :D

Boy, that’s a lot circular motion going on there! I’m going to try it on Monday, Sunday happens to be my off day. By the way, do you do all the circular stretches in SU position, or do you do a combi of SU and SD? I seem to remember somewhere, that this combi was suggested, or done. but, I have read so much I may be hallucinating.

Do you think that after all those stretches that another warm-up would be a good thing? Is that a part of your preparations for jelqing?

PAnos, her is the description of a circular stretch:
Instructions
1. Take the head of your penis in your hand and stretch it out directly in front of you, holding it for 4-5 seconds.
2. Take your penis firmly in your hand and pull it upward. Hold it for 4-5 seconds.

3. Slowly rotate the penis anticlockwise until you return to the starting point. A full circle should take no longer than 5 seconds.
4. Repeat from step 1 to step 3.
5. Perform step 1 to step 5 for 25 times (5 minutes)

Personally I skip step 2 and I also quicken the pace of the rotation. Each rottion for me is about 2-3secs. I don’t have another warm up session although you can do it if you want. My worout is about 40minutes, my total warm up and warm down is about 10 minutes. I wouldn’t say that the circular stretches are a prep for jelqing, to me they are as important as jelqing in my routine.

The circulars that I have been doing have been about 2-3 sec. I will start your routing tomorrow. Actually, I enjoy the circular/cranking stretches. It really feels like I’m stretching the root from way down inside, more so than the regular stretches, and I don’t feel that I am stretching the skin which I don’t want to do anymore.. Of course, regulars work different areas, so the areas are really covered by doing both.

I checked your PE Stats to see what else you listed regarding your workout, but you didn’t state anything under the “detailed routing description.” I also noticed your measurements. Good length and girth, man! What were your stats when you started in Dec. 2006? How much have you gained since starting PE?
