Over stretching

Can we possible stretch to much. I’ve looked and didn’t see anything talking about over stretching just over training. If I stretch in the morning, then do my jelqing in the afternoon and then stretch again later that night is that to much? So far I haven’t experienced any NI, but I was just hoping to get some input. Thanks.

So far a few fractions of inch increase on base erect girth.

I don’t think you can I stretch every day never let it turtle total stretch hours are 8 to 10 per day. You can over stretch by pulling to hard and cause injury which would give you a negative PI.If you stop stretching you will get retraction from the tendons and ligs that might slow gaining.


Current stats march 2008= Nbel 6.75 Bpel 7.5 Eg 5.5

Goal by the end of next year Nbel 8.5 Eg 6.5

Stretching manually longer time may not cause overworking, but it will not accelerate your gain significantly either. Stretching too hard will condition your tissues too quickly to sustain continuous gain by manual stretch. So, no benefit from hard pull. That’s why hanging with heavy weight is only recommended when length gain by all other methods has stopped.

I wasn’t talking about stretching harder, I was meaning stretching in the morning and then again in the evening after a good afternoon jelq.

That’s good, jb560, just don’t overdo - there is a limit on how much time x tension your penis can recover by.
