Since you are not getting results using several different stretches and girth workouts, why not just stay more basic, but do more of the stretches. It takes me 30 minutes to do stretches and I do a few basic ones for warm up, but a concentrated routine for my main stretching routine. Instead of 4 different stretches in 10-20 minutes, I suggest you try one to two stretches in 30 minutes. The longer you’re using one stretch, the longer you target a specific area- which may be your problem. For some, a quick routine works (like RB- jeez I think he’s gotta be one of the fastest gainers I know). But for others, and you might be one of them… a longer, more concentrated routine would work.
So take a week off, then do a basic routine of 30 min (one type of stretch) and 30 min jelqing. That just might be the thing to start your gains.
You also might just be someone who doesn’t gain until after a while. I started PE on January 1st 2003, and My first gains were in the middle of March, early April. So it took me a while.
