I have a negative concern. I’m in my 40s and what if the MSM just pushes my cells toward the elasticity of 30-39 year olds. That group is showing the toughest time of all (more votes needed though). Really, the more I think about it, the more confused I become. Whatever, I’m giving it a try.

When I looked at the poll, the way I read it was as follows:

Younger group have fastest adaptation.
Middle groups have slower adaptation, but retain strong tissues.
Older groups have slightly diminished tissues (hence stretches remain persistant), but without the cell vitality of the youngest groups.

Depending how you want to interpret that, it could mean that you’ll do less damage by increasing cell vitality. It could also mean that you jump right back to the younger groups adaptation in some areas, though there are hormonal and other issues to factor in too.
