PE Sites

Ok, I’m new here, and also to so I’ll ask a newbie question.

I know what hanging and everything is, but where do you guys find the jelq exercises and all? Some ppl on here were saying they tried the programs (penilefitness.com) and all and they didn’t work, THEN went to jelqing and other stuff. So my question is, where did you find the other stuff? Did you have to pay for it, certain free sites, etc.? Thanks.
