That is a large girth to try and stab a virgin with. Maybe you should try stretching her out just a little first with some sextoys of a smaller girth. I know you’d love to be the first thing in there (unless she’s already used sextoys, although it sounds doubtful if she’s too tight) but if you want to get some without hurting her then its worth the sacrifice!
Then again, it might not be physical. Maybe its a mental thing where she’s feeling apprehensive about sex. Those muscles can get very tight subconsciously! In that case you may just need to up the foreplay even more!
