I think the hot wraps are mainly for wet jelqing—not necessarily for stretches. But when I was jelqing every day, I did the hot wrap thing, lubed it up, then jelqed for a half hour to an hour—then did the stretches.
If I popped, it didn’t matter because I was going into my stretch routine. Now I do mainly stretches, (fowfers), and I don’t jelq. But I am not gaining now, either. So, Maxtro, maybe you’re right. Maybe you need to do that warm up to get it ready for your routine.
I don’t think the hangers are into the warm up as much. I may be off base here. I don’t know.

If your penis is all lubed up, it’s damn difficult to do a stretch. I would think nearly impossible. So don’t worry about it. It’s just that I didn’t start the stretches until my third month of PE. I followed a tough, tough routine. But I did it on my own, by instinct!! I had just read 100 pages of routines and uploads from a dozen PE sites, that’s all.
