Penile blood flow

You or I would probably have trouble too if we had to perform on demand for hours with a camera crew present. Big dick or small, that situation isn’t conducive to raging wood.

I have two further questions:

I sometimes wonder whether doing erect girth work increases the outflow of your unit. I think I have a problem with outflow, and not really inflow as clamping at the base fixes things nicely.

Things were not always like this you see, and they weren´t before PE. Is it possible to cause yourself venous leakage through erect girth work like ulis and erect jelqing?

Also is there any way of reversing the above, seeing as how I used to have perfectly good erections which are now usable but lack head engorgement which is fixed by even light pressure at the base.

At the age of 19 I don´t want to be considering things like cock rings.

Could all the above be mental? Could increased outflow (possibly due to some muscles not contracting enough) be due to a lack of confidence in my size for example?

That was way more than two questions, I apologise :)

After reading Supersizeit’s posts talking about how he thought his being a marathon runner may have helped with gains, I’m curious as to whether gains are correlated with things like overall health and circulation. There’s not a lot on this at TP so anyone who could comment would be appreciated.

Westla’s original stance on penile blood flow is still valid: It’s beside the point, unless you have ED. Spinning the wheels, as Avocet8 so aptly put it.

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

It may be that some of the hard gainers share some similar situations - some ED, low T levels, not much exercise, etc. As for myself, I’ve not had sex for over a decade - and while
I have morning erections and such, it might have affected the organ somehow, by it not being “used” for so long. It might be that fixing whatever health deficiecies there are and then starting PE could result in less difference between hard and fast gainers. While some things might be obvious, like penile bloodflow, some other things might not be, and makes me curious.

Well, my two cents on that:

I am a fairly hard gainer. Some of these guys get an inch their first month. I’ve been doing this for months and I’m happy for just 5/8 of an inch. Yet, I’m very active, healthy as an ox, never have any type of ED problems (rock hard cock-everytime, even sometimes when it might be a little inconvenient) , never get sick, I’m physically powerful and dynamic, I have an extreme energy level, and I heal like a lizard.

I don’t think health is a major connection. Yes, if you are not healthy you can not expect to excell at things like this, but I don’t think it’s the explanation for hard gainers. Simply put, genetics can be a bitch.

So I guess we might say that good health, circulation, etc. is a minimum standard for growth, but does not necessarily indicate that, with a smart program, good gains will be there.

The reason I brought this up is that I’ve never been much for cardio. I’m probably in the best shape of my life right now (at age 21) but couldn’t run for more that 4 miles at over say 6.5 mph on the treadmill. At the same time, I don’t think I’m that great of a gainer either.

Where did he said this?

It’s in the first post of his “been there done that” thread.
