Well about the liposuction. It could be the fact that you’ve gained fat in all parts of the body, including tits and then sucked out the places that you don’t want them. The problem with that is that you just can’t “place” fat where you want it to be, then expect it to remain. That is one of the procedures of phalloplasty. Fat is transfered into the penis, boosting girth extensively & immediately. The problem is that up to 90% of that fat is reabsorbed back into the body during the 1st year after surgery.
At least women can just plunk down cash and wake up with big, perfect tits.

My wife used to ask me all the time if I wished her tits were bigger, ect. Honestly I have always told her that they were the perfect size, and I love her for who she is, and breast size is not a big deal to me.
