Please Help ME Yall!

Hi, was wandering I have used the search engine, but I am still confused on what the tunica is, and what the ligs are, and how I get growth out of bothe of them. I think my LOT is about 7or 8. This is where I felt less pulling on the head, and saw some pulling at the base. Also, I have been at PE on and off for like 3 years. Since i was 19. I didn’t pay attention to my size back then so I don’t know if I have gained alot over the years or not. It just doesn’t seem like I have gained anything. If I haven’t gained yet, does this mean I should quit cause I can’t gain.

My current workout is this. I have been hanging fo 2 weeks with the wench. At the end of the second week I moved up to 4 15 minute sets with 5 pounds. I do regual hanging straight down sitting down. I will start week 3 on monday. Can I move up in weight now, if so how should I cange my routine. I hang mon-fri, and take sat an sun off. I was also thinking of adding a heavy girth rotuine on sat. mabey 200-300 dry jelques as I have not done dry ones much, 10 squeezed, then some erect bends. I do these by putting an elastic hair tie at the base like cockring, and getting as hard as possible, then I bend in all directions.

Also I ahve noticed this for a while. When I kegle it seems to knid of hurt the pc muscle. I feel a small bump where it is. I have felt this before, and it has gone away before. Sometimes I think it has been a hair bump, but mabey I slightly pulled the muscle. It also makes my left leg feel kind of numb like. It usually goes away in a couple of days if I lay off of the kegles. I use to use a bookstore penis pump, and I would really feel the pain near the pc when I left it on for a long time, and then I would have this sensation in my leg. I stopped using the pump, it got better, then I used it agin cause I am so depressed over the size of my dic, and the sensation in my leg, and the pain near the pc came back. What do you guys think this might be.

My current measurments are about 6.3 to 6.5 nbp, and 4.5 to 4.7 girth.

Mabey I need a month layoff and I will see some gains

I am trying to stay dedicated to this hanging routine, in the past the longest i stayed with a routine was mabey 1 month, then I would get lazy or dicouraged. Mabey this is why I have seen no gains in 3 years!

Do you do off-and-on kegels or do you do them regularly? (I get a sense from what you wrote that you do off-and-on PE; maybe that’s why no gains? PE is a long-term, regular commitment.

With Kegels, it is easy to strain the BC (PC) muscle. Ideally, do a light set to begin, even 25 or less. Add 5 or so squeezes a day if that is comfortable and slowly build up to hundreds.

i am committed to doing full pe now, and yes i do off and on kegels.
