True, but why risk with your penis? Sure, you can get some big/fast gains, but is it really worth it? What if it swings the other way? What if you irreversibly injure yourself and wind up with erectile disfunction? That would be the worst case scenario, but there is still a number of various injuries you could land on with your approach.

I am careful and quite safe, I’ve become less so over time because I know my limits. I don’t want to be one of those people working slowly doing everything by the book only to yield 1mm gains per a year or something silly. I’ve found things that work for me so will stick with them and alter them slightly as and when I need too.
I wouldn’t call seeing blood from your penis multiple times being careful and quite safe… One should strive not to ever see it in his whole PE career. You don’t have to do crazy stuff to gain, even if it’s slow. Slow gain is better than broken penis.

If blood were to occur frequently I’d remove the exercise causing it and take a short rest from PE. But if it happens every few months, and it’s just a few drops, I see that as no big problem.
If stretching causes bleeding, you’re doing it wrong, plain and simple. Same goes for anything PE related that results with even a drop of blood.
