Power jelqs vs. Two hand squeezes?
Anyone here able to compare the two? I mean my current workout consists of JUST two handed squeezes which means: getting almost fully erect and squeezing off at the base palm down to “clamp off” blood flow back to the body and then squeezing with the first two fingers and thumb of the other hand (again palm down) and squeezing as hard as is comfortable for about 5 seconds, switching hands and repeat for about 30-45 minutes a session. Doing this once a day so far. This is my COMPLETE workout no jelqing of any kind. Anyone done something like this SOLEY for a workout with no jelqing AND also have experience with JUST power jelqs or regular jelqing? I’d prefer if you could give insight on power jelqs as your only exercise but I realise many guys have multiple exercises in their routines. I’m just searching for the most effective routine. I want to keep it to ONE exercise and wanted to see if anyone had experience enough to compare power jelqs or even “regular” jelqs to two handed squeezes….as to which they felt engorged the penis more. See guys I’ve been around between the original (pub4.ezboard.com/be…whatever it was) forum to this place for geez over a year and a half now and I still look for advise! By the way, if it’s not totally apparent…I want mostly girth here.
