You know there is a point which needs to be made here, perhaps our size after workouts is the size which should matter to us most, instead of our cooled down normal size. I say this because we can achieve this larger size when ever we have sex at home, so that is the relavent size which we will be using if we choose, and that makes our normal erect size irrelevant if we never use it in that state and size. So for all intense perposes, if your normal size is 7x6 and your size at moment of sex is 7.25x6.5 due to pre sex exercising, then the latter size is the only relavent size, because we only care about what size we are for the perpose of sex itself. I hope that makes sense to you. I think its a valid point.

I don’t think you can ever just quit completely. You can significantly reduce your workouts but some kind of maintenance program will have to be in place in order to keep what you have have worked so hard to obtain. I am relatively close to my goals now but when I hit them I realize from past experiences that I will have do some minimal PE for life in order to keep the status quo. At the very least you will combat the natural atrophy that occurs from aging. A healthy lifestyle and general exercise whether for PE or your whole body (preferably both) will go a long way in this respect.

I agree with supersizeit.

First of all, after you’ve reached your goal, the gains need to be made permanent. After that some sort of a maintenance program should be established. When you go and workout and build up muscle mass you can’t expect it to stay forever, you need to maintain that mass. The principle here is the same. So once you’ve reached your goal, remember maintenance…

I think Cascades point was that “PRE-SEX” workouts would not be necessary (at least for most of us it would’nt) when you reach your goal size. As oppose to Gottagrow’s post about temporary gains being the focus. But I do agree you can’t stop PE completely.
