Hey guys I’m having some trouble with manual stretches. It seems every time I start to do stretches I start to become erect. I know I have to be completely flaccid - maybe even a little turtled to have a decent stretch. The reasons I’m concerned is because I seem to be gaining girth and not length. I really want to get to 8+ inches before I start to gain girth. Any advice on lengthening my dick without hanging or any devices would be more then appreciated.

Settle For: 8.5 NPEL x 6.5 EG

Then I am the person for you. Having gained 1”+ in length with ONLY manual stretching. Why not try jelqing ? That will give you both girth AND length at the same time. If not, try power stretches (Grip your penis head and stretch forward, up, down, left and right for x amount of seconds). You can also try V-stretches. The reason your penis becomes erect is, is because it is not used to the exercises and gets excited when touched. As time goes by this will subside and you will be able to do the exercises without this problem. Good Luck :)

You gained with only stetching!Cool!

I recommend long slow wet jelqs 10-15 seconds in duration. After a growth stretching routine like the one above.
