Things typically that are performed in a Clinical/Medical setting might be more up PhalloBoards’ alley (a forum dedicated to surgical & non-surgical medical male enhancements), and in which case might find more responses there (much like how alternatively, when guys ask me about Pumping, Hanging, Clamping, etc, I tell them to come here, because the PhalloBoards manual PE section are crickets most of the time lol).

I think many here have tried various versions, including me.I say versions as some providers tout the “Priapus Shot” itself as stem cells. In a way it is. But there are also various other adds to that shot, including cells from your own fat and even marrow (I have not done either). I think the more common is to get stem cells from umbilical blood (many providers offer), or even the higher level using exosomes.
I think, whatever you may choose, may have some benefit, and for a mid 60’s man such as me, it is a tune up. Size? If PRP shots alone, with or without stem cells, added size I would be 10”. I am not.

I’ve done the regular version. It’s ok. Fat stem cell one seems doable for me. Gotta search what is that exosome thing.
