The dld pulse stretch:
I have tryed yesterday for the first time
this thing and it seems good.
THe fact that you stretch 100 (1 sec) and after
you do a other stretch at 110/120 force (1 sec)
and after your restart like that….
it’s the cause of one of the greatest lig’s pop
I have experimented ….Really this techinque
seems to work for me. I have gained something
yesterday night!
