Routinely (morning and night), I start with few manual stretch (6 1 min. sessions), then light jelq before and after hanging (10 Libs x 15 min)to restore circulation, I warm water pump (30 min) at the maximum pressure I can handle without discomfort (it means that I can read and concentrate o what I read) and finish with a 10 min. jelq session at increasing strength. Before sex I only warm water pump 45 to 90 min. at at the maximum pressure I can handle without discomfort (that makes it really thick).
