Question for all that have gained

MM: It’s funny, I was just thinking the same thing myself today about how you could explain a NBPEL length gain from losing weight (and of course it’s true) but the funny thing is I have actually slowly been gaining weight recently from drinking too much beer each night and I don’t excersize at all (other then PE :) ) and I don’t have the greatest diet either. My weight is 185 pounds and I should be at something like 165 for a healthy weight for my body type.

So based on all those facts I can not conclude that NBPEL or NBPFSL gains comes merely from how much of a fat pad you have and what weight you are. There is also another element in my belief and it has something to do with the ligaments. The reason why I believe this is I know for a fact when I feel too different types of fatigue and feelings when hanging. At certain angles when hanging for periods of time there is the fatigue at the base where the pubes end and the shaft starts exiting out (this is the lig fatigue I believe) and then there is the outer shaft fatigue and the inner shaft fatigue if you palpate around the shaft and other genital areas. The fatigue of the ligs at the base where the pubes end and the shaft comes out like I said is a different feeling of fatigue.

How can you explain my gain when I have not lost any weight and am seriously probaly slowly gaining weight (I know there are daily weight flucuations but there are no daily weight flucuations that could produce a .25 NBPEL gain like that, also my flaccid hangs longer during the day for the brief moments I don’t ahve a ADS on or am hanging).

Also I notice something strange in that I visabily can see with my eyes minor changes in the ligs at the base when I hang for long periods of time and then ADS afterwords.

I’ll keep doing the same exact thing I’m doing the last week and a half and see what results I get and report back. I know gains do slow down at certain angles but hopefully that ain’;t the case here. ;)

Oh yeah and yes you are right that I do exactly measure my BP and NBP erect length at standing striaght up 90 degrees from my body.

This is really confusing. I dont see how someone could gain NBP but not BP. A gain is a gain or am I wrong?

Do you guys agree with decon. or IPR? I just think there are too many people here that have seen awesome gains with no breaks at all. I know everyone is different there has to be something out there that proves whether or not a long time off is really beneficial or not. Im thinking of going full force again with no breaks and hopefully I’ll continue to grow again.

More like three or for days on, one day off. Primarily stretching with some jelqing. Not enough privacy for hanging or pumping.

Well, Im trying this “newbie routine” posted by babbis in the Members Pics section. I know Im not technically considered a newb but figured Id give it a try. Its more focussed on rest and is an 18 day routine. Its basically 1 day on, 2 days off and at the end of 18 days most newbies have gained 1 1.2 cm then they decon. for a month and repeat. Im on my 6th day and honestly dont feel like 150 jelq strokes with only a few stretches for 1 day is enough. At the end of this if there has been no increase in size then I’ll probably go back to my old routine. I just cant see taking a month off of PE when I could be using that time to grow or try atleast.

I saw awesome results during the first month or so then changed my routine for some stupid ass reason. I started reading all the hype about pumping and decided to make my own. As helpful as this place is I really believe we can get too excited about new experiments, techniques, devices, etc… and start trying these new things out when what we were doing in the first place was working just fine. Not that these “new” ways wouldnt work but start trying those things out once a plateau arrives not while youre already making gains.

ModestoMan: I think I might have the answer to the mysterious NBP gain without a BP gain. It simply is increased I have increased my head/glans size. Vacuum Hanging is known to do that so it must be that and that seems like a logical conclusion to me. So if this is true then there is a way to gain NBP without gaining BP at the same time other then losing some of the fat pad. Cool. :)

Increasing your glans size will increase your BPEL right along with your NBPEL. So what’s the deal?
