Question for all vets and big gainers concerning decon
I’ve been coming to the conclusion that the greatest gains are seen in the newbie phase of the program. After 5 months of PE gains are hard to come by and you need more decon breaks. I’m curious as to how long your break has been and how much you gained after your break. I’d like to break this up into people who took 2 weeks off, 4 weeks off, 6 weeks off and 2 months off. I think the length of decon may have a large influence on how much you gain.
