Question on coloration after Horse 440's

I am assuming then that horse has never had any discoloration from doing the squeezes. I think this cut/uncut relationship is very interesting.

Some words of encouragement.

I have been out of PE for a while and had a bad case of discoloration for a recently. After about a 3.5 month break by now my discoloration has faded a little bit. It is at least much more manageable now. I now believe I can have sex with it going unnoticed, not that it really matters. This is not to say that it will not ever be noticed. For me most of my discoloration is noticable when I am flaccid. When I am errect, for the most part, my discoloration is not even visable. On a good flaccid day which is about double of what I usually hang at, it is not noticable. I am assuming that if I get some good gains from pumping and a bad flaccid day becomes what a good flaccid day used to be, I can say my discoloration is pretty much gone.

I would have to say that if anyone is experiencing new discoloration to stop and think about what is causing it, because it is for the most part permanent. It will fade 50% and mabye that is enough to go unnoticed, but it probably is not.

If you haven’t gone back to the wilderness just yet, I’d love to hear if you personally still do the horses and did you find, like others have, that they become less effective after the initial gain period which could last for a couple of months or so.

If so - have you find a way to make them more effective, like stopping and then starting again, increasing the time or the pressure, changing the grip etc.?

BTW - the original exercise has both hands palms up, right?

Besides the now-called “Horses” being the best exercise I ever came up with for girth I have another element in my workout which I think is very important: I don’t do it regularly.

I do PE as irregularly as I possibly can. One day on, two off, one on, five off, five on in a row, a week off… etc. I always let my penis “think” he’s getting used to the routine and then fool it.

And then, when it least expects it I give it a solid 4 hour shock session.

Then I give it a rest.

Irregularity, I’ve found, is very good in PE, at least, for me.
Also, you cannot grow forever, I think… so plateaus are very natural, it’s your body telling you it’s not going to want to grow anymore, the body likes to stabilize. That’s why you have to keep thinking, trying to find new ways to surprise it into growth.

The body is lazy, we have to push it. :)

I have been off PE for a long time, having just resumed activity recently, so I don’t have any recent notes to add. Just that, from my past experience.

ps: yes, I do the Horses with both palms up, although I sometimes twist the top hand CCW while pushing it down while twisting the bottom hand CW.

pps: No, I’ve never had any discoloration what so ever from PE.

Sorry Horse, but I did not get what you meant with the foreskin thing, sorry. But do you mean you should see/feel at the foreskin when you´ve put enough pressure? Or did you mean that you usually pull it backwards to get more skin on the shaft…

I have no discolouration but I´d like to avoid it in the future. As I am 7 x 4,4 I really like exercises which gives girth :-)

I mean, I pull all my foreskin forward before applying the lower ok hand and then use the foreskin to slide over the head downwards. I never put my fingers directly on the head.

THis is also goos because I don’t need lube.

How long have you been doing this irregular routine for? And in all this time have you managed to avoid plateaus due to this irregularity?

What is your average days on per month?

And lastly - on your rest days, do you do any PE related activity (hot wraps, stretches, little jelqing or whatever) or none at all?
