I’m just wondering, whats beater? To start with some jelq and then stretches or to start with some stretches and jelq?! And why is ti so? I all ways do my PE before bed, but I’m interested is it important what to do first or is it all the same?! Thanks.

I find that I have to jelq a little, wait for about ten minutes, and then stretch. If I don’t jelq at least 40-50 strokes before I stretch, I tend to get semi-hard when I attempt to stretch. But if I jelq TOO much before stretching, I get all fat and thick even when soft, which also makes it harder to stretch. Therefore, I tend to do the stretching in the middle of my jelq workout.

English is not my native tongue either, so be patient.

IMO, stretch then jelq is better. I myself has a theory about it.

Most of us has a longer FSL than EL, the difference is that you pull manually with fingers to get FSL, while you need blood to get EL. And many of us also gain FSL then EL, and we also believe (at least I do), FSL gain is a sign of EL gain.

So, after stretching (for FSL gain), you pump your dick with jelq/clamp so it will accomodate more blood, and it will translate FSL translated to EL in the future.

And I also believe the rubber-band theory.

I only know a guy (forgot his name, I think it’s Mr. F) who doesn’t do jelq but only hanging and ADS, and grows.

An extra question on top of the first one. Would it be better to do stretching in the morning and then jelq at night if you have the luxury? Or get it all done at once?

I noticed that if I strech before jelquing, I can’t get a quality erection because my glans is too irritated from the squeezing. But it’s kind of a good thing if I want to do low erction level jelqs.

But if I want to do girth exercises, I definetly strech after jelquing.

I also stretch AFTER jelqing. Sometimes I stretch, jelq, stretch, jelq etc.
