Hello guys,

After a 9 month break of PE now I’m back and I’m 10 times more into this thing because I want more results:) )

My currents stats are BPEL 7,5 inches EG 5 inches. I haven’t lost gains since I stopped PE 9 months ago due to the fact that I was doing some Jelqing from time to time (1-2 times a week, sometimes 0) so I guess these stats are pretty much “cemented”.

I already done sthg like a warm up routine with 10 days of jelqing everyday. Now I am planning on continuing with some hanging..

What do you guys think? Can you suggest me a routine (my goal is still lenght:) )? Should I do the hanging or maybe stretching? Some kind of “new innovative routine” which will make you gain 2 inches in no time?:P

I want to hear what everybody thinks..

Hi, hanging isn’t my hobbyhorse, so I suggest to start with routine based on basic stretches until you jump to more advanced techniques.

BTW, devilishly good gains, your current stats are my goals… Could you share with us which routine worked so fine for you?

You’ve maintained through maintenance, but I would start with the newbie routine again, you’d be surprised that you don’t jump up to 8” in a few months.

So you think I should start over from the beggining.like with the newbie routine? Are you sure thats the best option?

Well first of all congratulations. Yours is already what I would call a “perfect dick”, but if you want more length perhaps you should begin with the newbie routine and then pass to some more advanced exercises.

Before I was really really into PE.only the last year I didn’t have the time and personal space for this..

Funnily meanwhile I have found the girl I truely and deeply love. I hope I make her happier with some new gains..
