I found this site a little over a year ago and though i was very sceptical i thought, it cant hurt to try. Well now i am back to report my success and encourage others.

I didn’t really need it – but i wanted to pass the magic 8 inches. i started on my birthday to have a good date to refer to.

I avoided all the scary home-carpentry medieval torture devices and focused on manual stretching and jelq.

I persisted. that is IMPORTANT.

I measured only once a month so i would see differences: also psychologically important.

I managed 4 to 5 sessions a week each lasting about 45 mins. Sometimes when i had family visiting or on holiday for example, I had a break of up to two weeks.

The results?

After one year of not VERY dedicated exercises i have gone from a strictly measured BP ER of 190 millimetres to 210 millimetres; that’s 4/5 of an inch added. so Now i am 8¼ long and still growing.

I would like to post a before and after pic for all the sceptics (i remember i took a start pic when i commenced). but its a devil of a job to do something that requires 3 hands! Maybe later.

for my next birthday I believe i will have earned myself a 9 incher!

I may stop there. maybe.

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

I haven’t noticed any real gains in girth but whatever i was before i am now 6½ inches at the thickest.

I HAVE noticed my flaccid size is more. warm and relaxed its 6½ to 7 inches.

Since I passed the 8 inch length barrier I have stopped doing the full routine as I am VERY content with my size. Plus i don’t want to get so obsessed that i end up too BIG for sex. Now i just do 100 really powerful stretches every time I visit the bathroom. That still makes between 400-800 ‘tugs’ a day. I use a piece of toilet paper to give me the grip i need round the glans. i expect i will still grow, but slower.

A bonus side effect of these exercises is my pecs and triceps have become mote defined too!

And at what percentage was your jelq?
