What do you think a reasonable time frame would be based on the average gains here for me to achieve those gains?

I would think a year would be a good goal, maybe reevaluate after 6 months. That’s about how long it too me to gain 3/4 length and 1/2 of girth. It’s not a race, don’t hurt yourself.
