So I joined TP about 6 months ago and started going straight at the newbie routine, since the info I was reading seemed like God in the form of English text. After 3 months of considerably dedicated PE I had only budged 1/4 inch in length and zip in girth. A later measurement revealed to me that even the 1/4 inch in length was questionable. I started thinking that it was just my luck that I would be a hard or no gain kinda guy and my frustrations lead me to relapse back into the hopeless world of man with a 5 1/2 by 4 inch dick.

3 months later I have now found myself here again because honestly…there is nowhere else to go. I am also aware I am like the 6000th guy to post a thread like this, but I am out of fucking options! Someone please tell me something that might brighten my day a little…

and of 2008: BPEL-5.75 EG-4.35 . (Goal was - 7x5)

end of 2009: BPEL-7.1 EG-4.8 (I was happy with my gains and got lazy and left the game)

2018: Ive returned after 10 years out of the game to chase that mythic 8x6

Firstly I’d say maybe you should review your routine. There have been many members here who had been PEing for a year and then found out that something in their routine was wrong. Check out the thread below posted by Kevin12, here’s someone with a little help, found a fault in his routine, changed it, and then started gaining.

Before you move on to the heavier side of PE, I say you perform a full review of your exercise and see if there’s anything you can change. Good luck and stay safe.

Kevin’s log…or soon to be “Log”

Dec \'23 -> Feb\'24 17.5cm -> 18.5cm BPEL / 12.7cm -> 13.1 MSEG / 18.5cm -> 18.9cm BPFSL (measuring in mm for accuracy)

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Well said King. Also, disciple, you found yourself saying “considerably” dedicated PE. I got news for ya bud. How bad do you want a bigger penis? Obviously more than a “considerate” amount right? Follow the newbie routine exactly as it is written. Don’t miss a workout. Do it gently and incorporate some edging. Soon enough, you’ll become addicted. What better addiction than growing your dick could there be?

In search of a perfect body, penis, and girl.

The search NO longer continues. :)

Disciple2288,

Don’t get discouraged, just know that this is not a sprint. You will get gains if you are consistent, positive, and don’t overdue things. You mentioned that you didn’t get much out of the newbie routine, that’s okay some people don’t, it is not the holy grail of routines, it does not mean you will gain no matter what if you do it. It is simply a semi-safe starting block to get people conditioned for PE, however some see very good results from it and don’t need to branch off into other forms of PE. Keep looking around here, and reading as much as you can. Set some short term goals (6 month), and long term (over a year) goals. Devise a plan that suites your goals and get after it. There are so many other things that you can do besides jelqing and stretching. Just approach new things carefully and do not try to do too much too fast.

I gained a little girth from the newbie routine, but I will take it, because a gain is a gain, no matter how small. I’ve set up a plan that I hope produces results for me, I may have to make adjustments along the way, or discard it altogether, but just knowing that I have the power to actually make a change in the size of my unit is reassuring although I have made very little gains so far. You’ve gotten this far with the size of your unit, it will take time to grow it bigger, just remember Rome was not built in a day. State your goals, read about different exercises that can help you make your goals, put a plan together, execute it, and make adjustments if needed.

Good luck.

I went 4 months without any gains. I ended up switching to hanging and got gains from that. I do think that we have come quite a ways since I was a new guy and that yo have more manual PE options than we did then. Stick with it.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Don’t give up just yet, It’s one of lif’e’s problems that some gain quickly and some don’t . It’s like eerything else. including bodybuilding. You can go months without anything , then suddenly it all starts to happen.

Don’t forget the warm-ups with heat though. That is essential- but don’t overdo it.

It took me three months to see my first 1/4" gain also, and like you I was in disbelief. It was not until I kept seeing consistent gains in my BPFSL (flaccid stretch), that I was able to say "Yeah, this is working."

Edit: I started using this routine back after my 3rd month, and it helped. DLD Blasters…Un-Real Length Gains

You guys are great. Always with the positive enthusiasm. I suppose this time around I really just need more patience and dedication.

In addition, I would like to point out that many guys, especially the slow gainers among us, measure way too often!

If you are not gaining any considerable amount of length or girth within three months, it is easy to become discouraged. Try to measure once every six months or once every nine months instead. Leave the ruler in your drawer until then.

Conversely, for guys who gain good amounts of length or girth in a short time (like within weeks, very often at the beginning of their PE career), measuring often can have positive effects on motivation and workout satisfaction. However, it is important to know in which category you belong and to act accordingly, disciple2288

Et... la nuit se continue. C\'est vrai. Elle est complètement dechirée - ma tête.

Well I can relate to you because I had been PEing for about a year with no considerable gains. I thought I was 5.7 inches long nbp but I then realized I had been cheating and measuring a bit bp so I was only 5.5.

After struggling for the past 5 months I think Im finally on the way for some gains.
I had been consistent with my routine and I think I have learned how to do it properly and Im now around 6 inches nbp ( even 6.1 on a good day) so do yourself a favor and dont give up.

Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

Good point, lazy.

Make pe a habit.

I haven’t been measuring for months. I see my dick growing, slowly, and I hear my girlfriend moaning. That’s all I need.

I will measure next time when I am pretty sure I should be at or close to my goal.

If you have no gains in 3 months wouldn’t it be better if you upgrade/change your routine if you have no negative PI’s?

You may need to increase the amount of time doing the exercises, as opposed to giving the exercise a complete overhaul.
