Recently returned to PE, please suggest a girth routine for me.
I know I have a lot of posts but most of those were in the dive so I don’t consider myself to be all that experienced with PE. However, I am determined to get the things I want in life and one of the things holding me back is my self confidence. Which is why I’m back.
I’ve been doing 30-100 jelqs of irregular timing, (2-7 seconds roughly) for a few months now depending on how my unit feels. I have seen slight length and girth gains but tbh I’m too scared to measure.
With this in mind, I’d really like to add some girth as my length is ok.
