I’ve been quite heavy on the PE and about a week ago I noticed a slight decrease in gains and a lot of loss in girth. I presume this is overtraining as up untill then I couldnt have been happier with the size of my penis…

Morning wood has decreased although I never really had CRAZY wood in in the morning anyway, but its definately less frequent. Along with the other negative PI’s this would lead me to assume that I have overtrained my penis and it is slightly damaged.

My questions are:

Are there things to do during a decon break to ensure minimal losses? (Fowfers? Etc)
Should I just leave my penis alone completely?
What is a good time period given the symptoms?
And/Or
What point would I get to to consider my penis healthy again?

I don’t really have more of a problem with getting hard, although spontaneous erections are slightly less frequent, but as I say I never really had many of those anyway unless I had the urge to urinate…
The only main thing is the lack of girth when hard, I don’t know what has happened….

In my opinion; No, if you lose gains, you lose gains. (I have never lost any gains but have had team mates that did…they gained it back in their next bout of PE after the decon.)

Yes, you should leave it alone (PE-wise).

Absolutely no one could tell you how long your penis needs to decon. Between 6 weeks and 2 months have proved to be effective for quite a few members here at thunders place and else were.

Again, hard to tell… I have never noticed much change in my penis, either before the decon, during or after. Basically, you take a break, start PE again and hope you can gain again.
