Its the first time i have posted for a while but i hav’nt made any length gains in over a year.I’ve been hanging mostly and adjusted angle after finding my lot.

For the last couple of months i have been doing blasters with the A stretch after going through my routine with dld himself.After doing sets of 50 blasters it has a recoil effect and recently my flaccid length has shrunk by around 30% and still no length gains.

Has anyone else noticed this when doing blasters,if so please help!I am a very hard gainer and i have completely stopped hanging to try something else for length.After doing some research i have found out that tug back normally occurs after 2 seconds of stretch,with this in mind would it help to do the blasters for 2 secs at a time?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you thought about trying a Jelq and JAI program?

You don’t mention jelqing at all. I think I’ve got most gains from this.

Sounds like you are if anything overworking at the moment though.

Thanks memento.I was thinking that myself but i can’t seem to find a good description or instructions on how to perform the Jai stretch and i’m wondering if you can point me in the right direction.

I have been jelqing every other day and i have recentely reduced my erect level to 70% to try and gain some length.

Do you follow the LOT theory?

If you are stretching for tunica gains, which it sounds like as you are doing A stretches, the kegel reflex is beneficial to the stretch. You could even ditch the reverse kegel part.

The retraction happens, in the old days this was seen as a sign for future gains, but you don’t hear that much anymore. You could look into doing traction wraps after your stretching session, this will stop the flaccid retraction and help the tissues stay in the extended state. You should also do piss pulls, which should help too.

Thanks for your help.I will add Jai stretches to my routine.

I thought that the reverse kegel was the main reason for gains and the kegel was added to enhance the excersice.I think this may be where i’m going wrong.So am i correct in saying when i do the blasters in future i should do a kegel instead of a reverse kegel when stretching at my max pull,and the same with the Jai stretches?My LOT is around 7 o’clock so the A stretch is best for me.

At low angles, the RK will give benefit by putting more stress on the ligs, at high angles, the normal kegel will give benefit by putting more stress on the tunica.

If you are stretching upwards, then yes, IMO you should do normal kegels.

No, with AI stretches the point is to avoid the reflex of the PC, so that it wont take stress away from the ligs. I don’t think AI stretches are good for tunica work.

sorry to interupt you guys or something, because i dont know where i should put this question. well since i think this one talk about blaster, could someone teach me how to do the DLD Blaster?? that is for length gain right??? or is there any good length gain exercise?.
