Reflex pull back after blasters
Its the first time i have posted for a while but i hav’nt made any length gains in over a year.I’ve been hanging mostly and adjusted angle after finding my lot.
For the last couple of months i have been doing blasters with the A stretch after going through my routine with dld himself.After doing sets of 50 blasters it has a recoil effect and recently my flaccid length has shrunk by around 30% and still no length gains.
Has anyone else noticed this when doing blasters,if so please help!I am a very hard gainer and i have completely stopped hanging to try something else for length.After doing some research i have found out that tug back normally occurs after 2 seconds of stretch,with this in mind would it help to do the blasters for 2 secs at a time?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
