The only regret I have is taking a break for a few weeks near my one year anniversary to let everything “heal”. My tunica is as strong as steel now and my gains have been zerol ever since. I can do girth exercises for a half hour and feel nothing. Seems I am stuck at my 6.5x5 but I haven’t had any complaints so far I am happy with my 1x.5 gains. Not to say I gave up. I am still trying.
