Report forum log in problems

Hey gals and guys,
If you are having problems logging in and/or logging out, please let me know. Try to give me as much detail as possible also. Browser make and model. I tested Netscape 4.7???? and Netscape 6.2????, both work fine. I also tested IE 5.5 and 6.0, and I am having intermittent problems with 6.0. I f any one else is having a problem let me know. If you can NOT access the forum, send me an email. Address is at the bottom of the page.

And the fastest overall browser is, tada ( I really hate to say this too) IE6, it walks all over NS6.2 as far as speed goes. And yes, I had the latest version of Netscape, just upgraded Saturday. I am a diehard Netscape user also, but that may change in the near future.

Thanks for the updates Thunder =) The site is very snappy now (whadja do?) and the new features, such as post links, are -very- nifty.

However, as to your claim of IE6 being the fastest… is it faster than Opera and Mosaic as well? I have Opera on my system (6.0 for Win32) and it’s pretty smokin, in all respects.

One cult browser is enough for me. I really like using Netscape, always have, but I have to admit, the IE 6 smoked NS 6.2??’s ass. Don’t get addicted to the speed, it will slow down gradually.

Works just fine. I’m on some version of IE soon to be changed so why bother to look? Everything here moves along nicely on my system.

I can’t reach peforums.net.

It says that my IP has been banned. I have signed up to a new ISP so obviously they haven’t banned it because of me. I emailed webmaster@peforum.net but they haven’t returned my email. Do you know of a different email address for me to try?

Of -course- NS 6.2 got smoked.. it’s a hog compared to 4.x (let alone all the annoyware that comes with the install now that it’s fringe).

I had NS 6.1 on my machine for 15 minutes, and promptly returned to 4.73. And Netscape has only been a ‘cult’ browser since IE 4.01 ;)

Seriously, I’d consider moving to Opera 6.0 before IE 6.0. Of course, I don’t like having my computer hacked and all, so that might just be me =D

I did the same thing. Loaded 6 when it first came out and trashed it in about 15 minutes. I did this a couple of times, always returning to the 4.7 until I bought a new machine and put 6 on it from the start. I’ll check Opera out and maybe a couple others before I give in to the IE temptation.
