I will state the obvious that this method of reverse psychology does not in any work on the penis.

I tried something similar on my biceps, refusing to work out for a whole summer. Surprisingly, no gains. :shrug:

I am glad we are all thinking outside of the box. Rather than the old fashioned way of thinking, hanging weights and stretching / jelqing stuff. The penis muscle, may work harder and get stronger and bigger if repressed (by pushing it in towards the root). This may or may not encourage growth, (penis enlargement does not work for everyone). This is the basics of body building isn’t it? Okay extra protein in the diet may be needed as well, to get maximum gains.

There may be something to this dieselpower. The tunica will adapt to any force applied to it. Perhaps compressing it in the way you say, will cause the tunica tissues to weaken, in order to reduce the tension you are putting on it.

I have always PE’d for girth- never for length and yet my lengths gains are a substantial 1.6”. The way I jelq is similar to what you are talking about. I compress/shorten the shaft(with my left hand right below the glans in an overhand grip) and then jelq with my right hand with a normal grip. I have done this in the hope that it will encourage girth gains(as the shaft is in a short and fat shape).

To date my gains are 1.6” in length and 0.6” in girth. Something to think about?

I have one I thought about ages ago.
But it sounds pretty dangerous.

Basically you get a pump and some cold water.
Fill the pump with cold water then start pumping.

As the water is cold the unit will want to shrink, so while we are pumping we are preventing it from shrinking.
Therefore stretching out the cells which are trying to shrink.

Meaning over time that the unit will keep more flacid gains and will shrivel less.

Too much of a crackpot idea?

That is actually a great idea. Somewhat akin to the eccentric contractions of muscles(the cells are trying to shorten, but being forcefully lengthened).

Maybe instead of having the cold water on the shaft, have it over the rest of your body. I say this because(for me anyway) I only turtle when my body is cold, not when only my package is.

I think it would primarily work on the smooth muscle in the shaft, maybe not so much the tunica(the tunica doesn’t contract in the cold does it?).

There could definitely be something here.

Maybe it is a wrong idea. Higher risks of injuries.

Surely this is not reverse psychology, but reverse physiology?

Now: BPFSL/BPEL/MSEG: 160mm/150mm/112mm (6.3"/5.9"/4.4") (end Oct '10)

GOAL: BPFSL/BPEL/MSEG: 190mm/190mm/130mm (7.5"/7.5"/5.1")

I think the idea is similar to the concept of hair growth - as when you shave your beard it grows back thicker .

So in the same fashion, if you cut your dick off it should grow back longer.

Can someone try this and report back their findings?
