Now that i have done pe for 5 years (first 3 were off and on) i have come up with the theory that pe wont work for me :(

After all these years ive gain no erect lenth and only 1/4 flacid

this really makes me mad because im so devoted about it doing it 5-6 days a week. Even my most recent routene wich ive done for about 41/2 months (2 min strech in 5 directions Warm up 200 pj then 2 min mj strech in 5 directions) gave me no gain

If anyone has an idea of whats wrong please let me know because all this work for nothing has made me very angry

Have you tried JAI’s or DLD blasters? Many long time non-gainers have made gains with em. Maybe jelquing thing isn’t for you…

Seems not very intense to me

Your routine seems to be half an hour daily, manual stretching and some jelqing. After five years in PE, that doesn’t look very intense to me. Is your dead stretch longer after the workout? Is your penis tired? Tingling sensations? Does it feel “pumped”? Trouble getting an erection for a few hours? If the answer is always “no”, you’re probably not intense enough.

I remember a guy called Paul on the old PE forum who said he hanged 6 pounds for a year, a few hours a day, with an eight inch penis, and he gained nothing… Jesus Christ, when I hang six pounds, my penis simply laughs. PE is about intensity and stress. And, IMHO you don’t need 4 months to find out whether something works for you or not.

So, change your routine, make it more intense, or start hanging. Damn, five years and no gains, you deserve a medal for not giving up! (With 3 1/2 years of PEing and only 1 1/2 inches gained, I deserve another one…) So, good luck and don’t give up.

Doc - I’ve sorta come to a similar conclusion - but for a different reason…

I started this PE stuff for 2 basic reasons - I was unhappy with my size at the time, plus the fact that that size was VERY insufficient to adequately “fill” my wife - for her enjoyment, OR my own… I had discovered by way of an affair that my “problem” was not so much that *I* was small, but that my wife is large…

PE for over a year has substantially improved my measurements - I’m currently at 7-71/4” BP, and about 6.5” girth mid-shaft - and STILL barely fill my wife enough to make any real difference… THUS, it seems highly unlikely that any realistic likelihood of potential significant gains aren’t gonna happen…

STILL, additional gains WILL come, just as they have so far - I have nothing to lose, PE has become not a “job”, but a body building pastime that may yet yield benefits not currently apparent - better to be prepared than not… As it now stands, I have nothing to hide or be ashamed of in any locker room - or bedroom - and that is a significant accomplishment in itself!

im suprised i havnt gotten gains since i got my pj devise about 6 months ago(guestamating) because it seems to d oabout 3 times what manual jelqing does but im thinking of moving to either pumping or hanging(probobly pumping) to see if that does anything but the odd thing would be where to put such a thing. I dont want my room mate to find it and tell everyone or just ask why im using it!

6.5” girth is awesome. Have you suggested to your wife that she perform PC clenches to tone her muscles “down there”?

If you have then you should look into a simple medical procedure that I have heard is done in France. Basically, women’s vaginas are restored to pre-childbirth tightness (I am assuming she has had children). I don’t have any links to provide but it is definitely an option that you can research.

You’re not alone. I feel for you because I have not gained anything after 1 year.

I am finding it very difficult to call it quits because there are different techniques I have yet to try though I lack the privacy and desire to hang. Also, when you accept that it is possible for others it really brings you down to not experience success as well.

I have just finished a month of one on one off, wet Jelqs but this time added Jais in the mix and have not yet measured. All I can do is try variations until I have exhausted everything.

I don’t want to tell you to be foolishly optimistic but have you exhausted the different variations?

More specifically...

While I question the wisdom/safety of Kegeling and stretching at the same time perhaps DLD’s Blasters will break your plateau.

Just afew points I noticed on closer inspection of your post:

Your post seems to indicate that you warmed up after the stretch which is not optimal.

Also, the Power Jelq just may not be for you or it may have required a hand Jelq routine to act as an additional stimulus.

You also may have benefited from an additional day off since hangers go 5 or 6 on 1 off but jelqers need more days off (eg. 2 on 1 off).

Finally, what about punctuated PE? Being intense (eg. 2 short routines per day) for a month and then giving yourself a break. Once fully rested you can resume with a totally new but intense routine. BTW, intense doesn’t mean mercilessly punishing your unit.

I was stuck at 9.5” for quite awhile…since I started doing the DLD Blasters I have gained an additional .75”. I have heard similar things with other P.E.ers so hopefully this will help. The JAI Stretches are another thing I have found to hit the ligs too. I do exclusively DLD Blasters and JAI Stetches for my manual stretching program.

Would you attribute most of your gains throughout your PE career to ligament stretch or have you actually “grown new tissue ” in the shaft through using your fulcrum stretch in combination with, for example, Jelqing?

Almost, 3.75”…my starting length was 6.5” as far as what I attribute to why I have made these gains I think has been a combination of really wanting it, setting small goals and working towards a bigger goal. My beginning PE career was a very hardcore program. Since then I have modified it to work best for me. But as far as the .75” gain recently, this is definetly because of the DLD Blasters, no question.

Big J, my initial goal was to gain 4”. I think I will prob. stop when I reach 11 x 7. My problem is I love PE and hate to think of not doing it. But my dream cock has always been the 11 x 7 number.

i cant do dld blasters because i cant to keggels, after about 20 i get the whole blue ball feeling wich is needless to say very painfull

maby i should increase my routine again and have more days off

any ideas of what i should try

dont wory about it being to intence because i have alot of experience obviously
