Has anyone gained girth from this? It says results in two weeks and I just started and was wondering how effective it actually was. Cany anyone put in any personal input?

Has anyone at all tried this exercise?

I’ve tried it. Personally I think it’s more dangerous than Horse440’s. It’s something I would still put into a shock routine (if I was PEing) but that’s about it.

What it is good for, in my opinion, is Spanish Inquisitioning the penis; forcing the chance for growth, if growth has slowed or stopped, but it’s a risky exercise and needs to be approached with care.

I tried it and I would recommend not to do it… horse440 are less exhaustive and pretty much more effective if you do them correctly… but this is my opinion

Did it take you guys a while to get a hang of horse440s? I tried them for a couple weeks and really never felt like I was accomplishing what supposed to accomplish. So switched to clamping instead. If you’d say it’s probable I just need to give them more of a chance, do you have any particular tips or advice on getting the hang of them?

The Horse440 is a tricky excercise. It took me a while, and more than one injury, to get it down. I think it’s safe than clamping though. Hell the slinky is probably safer than clamping.

well, you have to do the ‘horses’ exactly like Horse440 explained… make a little circunference with your thumb and your indicator and go for it…

I do eight sets of 30 seconds each because if I stay longer than 30 seconds I get discoloration.

I’ve been doing it for 1 month already, but I haven’t seen big gains though :(

Yes, I have gained girth. The key (probably the most important thing) is that you don’t ejaculate while you are doing it. Some people won’t agree with me, but from my experience, ejaculation adversely affects the penis enlargement.

I’ve already got one injury(red spots.or spot) from it. What do you mean by a shock routine? Is this like the most extreme exercise to do? Do you recommend going to Horse’s to see how they work first?

I mean doing a routine that vastly exceeds your normal routine, just once or twice, then going back to your normal routine. It’s just something to see if you can get more growth out of a routine, so it’s something to do when growth is slowing. The jelq squeeze is another good option for a shock routine. This is a technique that’s been around for a long time. I first remember reading about it on PEF (when PEF was a viable forum, HJ9 post I believe).

This is opinion of course, rather than provable fact, but the idea is to Spanish Inquisition the penis. Keep it guessing. PE is all about that, if you are too stable in your routine growth slows and stops because the penis gets used to the stresses. We are used to the idea of the body getting used to stresses that we constantly put on it and learning to cope by gaining strength (etc), not just in the world of musculature but also in the skeleton and tendons. So to extending this idea to the constituent parts of the penis doesn’t seem like overstepping the bounds.

This is true, atleast for me.
