Hey Airshy. I’m not sure what the maximum weight is that I can hang for 5 minutes but my workout weight is 20 pounds in my hanging sessions.

I seriously would not recommend you hang for only 5 minute sessions saiyan. However I think you really need to increase weight and do less sets, 8 is a little impractical and a lot of time, you know? I would do 4 heavy ones if I were you, and use your ads in between, that is plenty. When you actually get a bib, you will have to drop down in weight because the hanger you use now does not really grip into the internals.
