Well, I did stop for 5 days, and am now back to my routine. I found it was almost impossible to do my PE while laying down on bed!

Thank you all for your advices boys, I’m really taking it easy, and one step at a time!

The last 3 days of PE were, with no doubt, the best days since I’ve started with this stuff. I’ve decided to focus on a lighter routine, and FINALLY added some squeezes, and they are really working well. Anyway, no measurements until Xmas day!!!
