sceptical and pessimistic
This is my first post.
My start with PE is in Mart2002.From them i try almost everything.
Stretching(left,down,right,up),dld stretch,JAI stretch,jelqing(15,30,45min).
J try 30 ,45,1h,1.15h,1.30h workout program,5days on 2off,2on 1off,3on 1off,1on 1off,no off day but nothing happened.1 year and 4 month and no gain.My LOT is about 8.
J become very sceptical across PE.
Is there anybody have some advice or similar experience.
