The testosterone does not create growth as I see it. It limits shrinkage which in turn allows us to stretch the tunica. I am at work so I will post the article this evening. But What I want to know is if anyone has experienced certain times of the day and/or season where the penis is more receptive to the PE regimen. I find that the afternoon gives the best results and I found that Prolactin may be at its highest in the wee our hours of the morning so it may be logical that the exact opposite is true where the afternoon would be where it is at its lowest. Also, I have not determined when cortisol is at its highest but the reading I have done so far suggests that it is also in the morning.
I also know that cortisol is the stress hormone. And what happens to the penis when we are stressed and scared? Shrinkage.
I also know that when I changed my routine to the evening from the afternoon, my growth dropped off considereably.
Hey I may be wrong, but isnt thinking this stuff through with other PE fans what this site is all about?
