Below is my original routine that I have posted a few times over the past year or so. I think it’s a good beginner’s routine and it has provided me with gains!
Hitting plateaus can be frustrating and I have tried to ‘break thru’ with shock routines… 20 or 30 minutes of hard jelqing… long stretching sessions. Basically longer and more rigorous PEing. It helps in my experience. But eventually you need a new routine. My recent gains of about 1/8th inch (putting me at an exciting 7 inches!) came from my new ‘more advanced’ stretching techniques. They are quite simple actually.
Note: I took a month or two break from PE when I noticed growth had stopped (plateau). I was just under 7 and disappointed I would not reach my first goal after working so hard… The break was a good idea IMO and the mental and physical rest was needed. After a while your head gets to thinking about PE again and physically you psych yourself up for it.
As for wifey’s reaction, well, we have been having much more sex over the past 6 months than in our entire 10 years of marriage. I have posted several times how much faster and more easily wifey orgasms now.. I attribute this to a bigger dick! Sex was always ‘work’ for me and wifey… always trying to get her to cum. We had sex about 10 times a year. This year I have already lost count… but it’s been about 15 or 18 times so we will more than double our sex. She cums in about 5 or 6 minutes usually rather than 20, 30 or not at all. Sex is much more fun nowadays! Wifey doesn’t know about my PE but she has made comments like ‘you look like you have an elephant trunk between your legs’ or ‘that’s a big dick’ … comments like that make it all worth it. So she notices my dick more. Let’s put it that way. Also, prior to PE wifey used to tell me she wished I was just a little longer to reach a little deeper. She never says that anymore.
I am very comfortable with behind the leg stretches. After showering in the morning I squat, reach behind my leg and pull for 60 seconds (watch at the night table allows my mind to wander rather than keep count). Then switch and do the same.
Immediately after that I reach around to the front between my legs and pull straight down… I am still squatting and now my dick can touch the floor so I have to pull straight and back a little. 60 seconds with each hand.
These stretch out the entire dick. I feel it throughout the entire shaft.
I stand and get some circulation in my legs and dick then go down into another squat and pull straight out. Here’s the trick… while pulling straight out place your other hand on your shaft…. the soft part between your thumb and index finger… press down and to the side with that hand while pulling with the other. Basically, you are bending your dick as you pull. 60 seconds each hand. I can really feel the stretch in my ligs on top and sides of my dick and think this is the reason for my current growth… this and the next and final stretch.
Standing, rub out your dick.. preparing it for the next stretch. Pull straight out again and hook your middle finger around the bottom of your dick and pull straight up. This you feel in the underside of your dick. You can really hook and pull your dick hard. 60 seconds each hand.
8 minutes so far. Each exercise requires some strength building in your hands. So start with shorter times and build up to 60 seconds… or more. Whatever you feel comfortable with.
Lastly I rub out my dick again, sit at the edge of the bed and do 100 jelqs with each hand… total 200. I think the entire session takes less than 15 minutes to complete taking into account the time it takes to get a comfortable grip.
Now I’m pumped and hanging, ready to start my day with a meaty bulge in my pants. Let it settle down and do it again tomorrow. I think I do 4 to 5 days a week. If I did it more often I would see better results.

Godzilla’s routine: (First year of PE)
Lightly stretch penis out during morning shower.
After drying off and wrapping a towel around my waist I squat, reach behind my leg gripping penis just above glans.
Pulling to one side with slow and steady force while counting to 60 I breathe deeply as I feel the stretch.
Switch to the other hand and stretch to the other side, again counting to 60.
Still squatting I reach in front gripping penis and pull straight out counting to 60.
By now I am looking and feeling good. Brush my teeth and return to the bedroom. Wifey hits the shower.
Standing, I raise one leg and place foot on the dresser. Reaching behind my leg I pull with steady force to one side for 90 seconds. Slowly I lower leg. (the watch is on the dresser and helps me keep time as my mind wanders).
Switch to the other side for 90 seconds.
100 jelks.
Now I’m pumped and dangling! Some days I stop here and go to work, but typically continue with:
While standing I pull up to one side for 60 seconds.
Switch to the other side for 60 seconds.
Straight out for 60 seconds.
Squat and repeat the first 3 exercises but for 30 second stretches.
Another 100 jelks.
Slip into undies, shirt and pants. Check for bulge and adjust accordingly. Kiss wifey as she comes out of shower. Kiss the kids while they watch Spongebob Square Pants. Smile at the cute housekeeper as she looks me up and down. Hop into the car and into rush hour traffic.
So it’s actually 10 minutes and 30 seconds and 200 jelks. Approx 15 minutes total I ‘spose.
That’s been my routine steady for at least 3 months. I think it offers a lot and I will continue to do it until results cease.
I have gotten enough results to provide the cuties at work with a fun and sexy surprise each morning. One woman in particular has big eyes for me now. She’s 38, married and adorable. She has admit to ‘thinking about me when with hubby AND alone.’ That rocked my world! Still does. And that’s another story boys and girls for another day.
