sex + pe

should i pe before or after sex….the incriment is anywhere between 1 and 3 hours

I personally feel that having sex or ejaculating before a workout makes it less effective. I get and maintain a better semi for my jelqs by avoiding ejac prior. I would give my self a good number of hours before attempting sex after a workout so as to avoid a weak erection scneario (which would be normal after exercise).
