I would do supra slammers, I think they are called horse 440s and then end with like 2 10 min clamp sessions.

Sometimes all I would do is clamp for the session. Sometimes all I would do is supra slammers. Mixing it up from time to time.

Also girth kind of creeps up on you. That usually happens after a few days rest. You pull out the tape and its bigger!

Your usually shocked to see a bigger dick.

It took me like 7 months to get to 5.75. I’ve been taking time off for the past few months.

All I can say is that know your threshold and squeeze passed it.

I hate to say it again but Wantsmore’s fulcrums would do the same thing, just right way. If your not getting any expansion, Wantsmore’s will do the trick. Believe me, once I tried them my gains were almost immediate. Expansion happened. That’s the ticket to this whole exercise. Without expansion your not going to get anywhere.

I’ve got much better jelqing/Uli/Horses session after some fulcrum stretches. The expansion, as Monty said is better.
Maybe it can loose up the tissues of tunica? I don’t know, but listen to Monty- do some tunica-type stretches before girth training.

I hope it applies to both clamping and manual girth-type exercises.

Initial girth gains come relatively quickly (just 2 to 3 weeks) since a regiment of good jelq technique will allow your existing weak erectile circuity to pump a greater volume of blood into your cone. The manipulations of the cc’s will cause weakening of the physiology and expand to new girth dimensions under your existing erectile pressure. You can determine the type of new expansion that can be realized by simply squeezing the penis while under 30% flaccid/blood inflow; see what size can be obtained as compared to your normal erect size. You should be able to see a good 50% gain; this is an excellent indicator of what can be realized by improving the efficiency of your pump.

In addition, you should see the corona bloom under this induced pressure squeeze, its important to assess how your head reacts under induced pressure (it should balloon to a considerably larger size than normal) If this is the case, you have excellent prospects to improve girth and your volume intake of blood. You will find that after 6 to 8 months you will have to take more stressful action to maximize all the underutilized capacity of your erect penis. One way to do this is hanging with a device that balloons the head under force, so you begin with a 30% flaccid and typically lying on your back with your penis over the thigh. This balloons the head fabulously and greatly improves the extensible characteristics of the tissue/physiology.

The emphasis should always be at gaining a larger corona since everything else will follow. There are incidents where you will see people with ‘bowling pin’ shaped penis,’ I believe that these cases are a result of bad technique or improper jelqing technique, the idea should always be to sculpt your penis in a fashion pleasing to the eye. Working at the end of your penis is where the structures are the most robust and can handle the most trauma; it stands to reason that the design of the penis will be more fortified at the penetrating end. A big head should be your focal point.

I was going to ask how a guy who has only been on the site for 2 months is titled a SENIOR MEMBER? and Thunder, I agree the stuff he talks about is really dangerous and doesn’t fit with what our knowledge base here reflects in any way.

As far as I can tell you offer a mix of good information and very very dangerous stuff. You pepper what you are saying with a fairly meaningless word spaghetti to make it sounds better. Whenever you are asked to back up or explain how it might be achieved without injury, you don’t.

Take for example your above post. For anyone who doesn’t know, the corona is the ridge at the base of the glans. The structure of the penis is that the glans is a continuation of the CS. As most know, the main focus of PE girth work is to effect the CCs. These are distinct structures. It’s fairly easy to manipulate the pump in the glans by manipulating the CS. Informing people on the forum that their focus should be to enlarge the corona is nonsensical for those attempting to enlarge their girth. The corona will expand because the CCs expand. It is maybe applicable for those searching for a mushroom head.

Suggesting hanging with the glans under pressure seems a very strange idea. You will find that most seasoned hangers talk about pinching the blood out of the glans to reduce the stress. Certainly, if you hang a reasonable weight, you will find it’s impossible with the glans under pressure. The pain will be unbearable.

The trouble is, when people have pointed out the problems with your posts before, you tend to strike back with an ad hominem attack and then ignore requests that you actually explain yourself in more detail. Remember your “safe” noose hanger, the one that you have yet to explain, the one that ignores physics?

We do try to give the benefit of the doubt here but when you serially do the guru bit all over the board without the knowledge to back it up and then run away when people actually call you on what you are saying, it gets a bit hard to take.

I’m not saying this is wrong, PE is, just like any physical improvement, highly individual, but this is something I’ve never gotten to work. Any time I precede clamp work with stretching I never have quite the EQ that I feel I need for maximum expansion. For me I need at least a couple of hours between any high intensity stretching and expansion work.

I’ve tried this kind of technique but only briefly because it is highly stressful and doesn’t lend itself to every day work (which I prefer when I find the opportunity to do it). My preferred method for clamping is to warm up (usually poorly, but still), then I clamp at 1-2 clicks for 10-15 min; jelq 50 strokes semi-erect and 25-50 as close to fully erect as possibly (I slow jelq and kegel in blood for each stroke); clamp again at 2-3 clicks for 10-15 min. Altogether this takes me about an hour and I have had brief periods where I’ve done this twice daily. In my experience anything beyond 2 consecutive days leads to a significant decrease in EQ which means that the clamping on day 3 is more or less a waste. Doing 1-on-1-off works but it doesn’t suit my mentality and I feel that the gains I’ve had, both for length and girth, have come from fairly extended periods of daily work followed by brief deconditioning before doing a daily routine again. (I should add that I rarely, if ever, have the kind of uninterrupted free time where I can actually devote two separate 1-hour periods per day to PE. So even if I love the expansion this gives for the limited time it works there’s no possibility for me to experiment further with it.)
