Would be interesting to see what you guys here do as you’re daily (or with off days) pe routine.

I do my pe routine 7 on 0 off

Girth

10 min warm up
20 min jelqing
100 erect kegels
20 min jelqing
15 min BM

Length

Morning
8 set of manual stretching (30 s, all directions)

Evening (if i feel like it´s needed)
3 set of manual stretching (30 s , all directions)

Im right now also using a ball weight 300 g for 12 hours a day, and do some 40 min edging when i feel like it

Simple routine at the moment:

300 dry jelqs (6 sets of 50, changing hands each set)

200 Kegel pulls (4 sets of 50, changing stretching hand each set)

10 3 minute stretches.

Currently doing 5 days on, 2 off.


Current Stats (13.10.2014) -- BPEL: 6.75 x EG: 5.00 | Target 8.00 x 6.00 | Dream 9.00 X 7.00

Here’s mine:

  • Warmp up, 5 minutes at least.
  • 60 wet jelqs.
  • Warm up, 3 minutes at least.
  • 8 minutes air pumping @ 3,5” HG max.
  • 40 wet jelqs.
  • 8 minutes air pumping @ 3,5” HG max.
  • 30 wet jelqs.
  • 7 minutes air pumping @ 3,5” HG max.
  • Warm up, 5 minutes.
2 days ON, 1 OFF.

5 hours of above normal tension stretching with 100 cock ring jelqs every hour. Makes things more elastic and dialated. Also helps my head reset after the vac extender.

3 hours of light tension with 20 minutes cock ring edging every hour for the same reason. Also helps girth pretty nicely.

Then a 15 minute bathmate session for a warm down. Then wear a loose cock ring to keep the pump as much as possible.

That’s 2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off. I figure on doing an extra edging session each day before off days. Probably a solid hour and a half using a ring in 15 minutes intervals with regular edging for at least five minutes in between.

Off days will just be 10 hours of light tension and the warm down and using the loose ring while inactive.

After 3 months of this routine at strength, I will be trying the higher tension stretching bundled for another 3 months. Then I’ll be doing a very light, in comparison, routine for the sake of cementing any gains. Measuring every four weeks. I’m taking my time in building up to this as the vac extender is a bit more intense than I expected. I’m also paying close attention to pi’s while I build up so I don’t rip my frenulum or anything. Still have a solid week and a half until I am actually up to this routine. Pretty close to 8 long and over 6 in girth, so this should be my last hurrah with the over the top routines.

My routine is mainly on length..
Warmup for 5min
Stretching-1min each in all six directions..
JAI-stretch for 3min with kegels and reverse kegels..
A-stretch for 3min with kegels and reverse kegels..
V-stretch for 3min
Then
50 jelqs at 50-60% EQ with coconut oil..

5 days on 2 days off

Pretty simple.

I have been hanging 2 1/2 pounds (1200 gr.) 4 to 6 hours a day ( 2 or 3, 2 hour sessions) using a Vac3 and home made weights. After each session I jelq with a warm rice sock and small hand held rubber roller for about 5 minutes.

While hanging the 2.5 pounds, I am busy doing stuff, so it doesn’t really take up much of my time. My gains have been modest, but I am happy with them for the little work it has been. I have gained 1 1/4 inches in about 1 1/2 years.

I also gained girth, but I never measured it. It could be the jelqing with the rubber roller, or some pumping I did. During one 3 month period I did a lot of pumping while I was hanging, and I lost .25 inch in length, but added very noticeable girth. Along with the length, my EQ decreased also when I was doing a lot of hanging and pumping. I quit the pumping, and gained the 1/4” that I lost, kept the girth, plus gained another 1/4” when I measured this time. My plan now is to do some pumping this summer without hanging the 2 1/2 weight, and just do a little ADS to maintain length (2 golf weights).

My reason for pumping in the summer is I do some nude recreation, and I would like a little more social flaccid hang. I know it is all vanity, but vanity is probably pretty much it for all of us on the forum. From what I have found out, low Hg pumping will increase flaccid hang better then anything else, so I will have to see for myself. Flaccid hang is hard to measure accurately, ( I’m a grower) but I seem to have added about 3/4 inch over the last 1 1/2 years.

Well, that’s all there is to it. I don’t have any set goals. I plan to keep hanging the 2 1/2 pound weight until I quit gaining, and then just do a little summer pumping for increased flaccid hang, and golf weight ADS to maintain. I find PE enjoyable, and interesting, so it’s not all about gains for me.

Morning

Hot bath 15 min

Stretches up,down,left,right,out,3x30 sec

With helicopter shake in betweeen each set

Bath mate 5-7 minutes with 75 to 100 wet jelqs ×2 sets

4 to 6 hours of extender during day.

Then at night repeat minus the extender.

5 days on two off

Just got started any advice I welcome looking to gain length and girth.
