Pretty simple.
I have been hanging 2 1/2 pounds (1200 gr.) 4 to 6 hours a day ( 2 or 3, 2 hour sessions) using a Vac3 and home made weights. After each session I jelq with a warm rice sock and small hand held rubber roller for about 5 minutes.
While hanging the 2.5 pounds, I am busy doing stuff, so it doesn’t really take up much of my time. My gains have been modest, but I am happy with them for the little work it has been. I have gained 1 1/4 inches in about 1 1/2 years.
I also gained girth, but I never measured it. It could be the jelqing with the rubber roller, or some pumping I did. During one 3 month period I did a lot of pumping while I was hanging, and I lost .25 inch in length, but added very noticeable girth. Along with the length, my EQ decreased also when I was doing a lot of hanging and pumping. I quit the pumping, and gained the 1/4” that I lost, kept the girth, plus gained another 1/4” when I measured this time. My plan now is to do some pumping this summer without hanging the 2 1/2 weight, and just do a little ADS to maintain length (2 golf weights).
My reason for pumping in the summer is I do some nude recreation, and I would like a little more social flaccid hang. I know it is all vanity, but vanity is probably pretty much it for all of us on the forum. From what I have found out, low Hg pumping will increase flaccid hang better then anything else, so I will have to see for myself. Flaccid hang is hard to measure accurately, ( I’m a grower) but I seem to have added about 3/4 inch over the last 1 1/2 years.
Well, that’s all there is to it. I don’t have any set goals. I plan to keep hanging the 2 1/2 pound weight until I quit gaining, and then just do a little summer pumping for increased flaccid hang, and golf weight ADS to maintain. I find PE enjoyable, and interesting, so it’s not all about gains for me.
