I’ve been a long time reader and I finally decided to become a member.
Just wanted to say that I’ve been toying with PE on and off for a few years with little to show for, but only really got serious a couple of months ago.
My main goal is girth, and in these past 2.5 months I have been VERY pleased with my gains. I have yet to measure as I promised myself I would wait until 3 months, but I received a comment from a young lady the other night about how thick my boy was :) Needless to say I’m excited.
My exercises of choice are jelqs supersetted with Uli’s and squeezes. I believe squeezes and Uli’s are absolutely ESSENTIAL if you want girth gains.
BTW, my length gains have been modest, but as I said, I’m more interested in girth.
