Shit, I couldn’t resist.
After everyone was asleep tonight, I pulled a chair up to the kitchen sink & gave it a go. I did about 35 minutes of constant heat stretching (took about 45-50 minutes total time). I was using a facecloth and kept heating it under the water – very hot water. I did about 15 minutes of tunica (fulcrum) stretches & another 20 minutes of lig stretches – with the hot rag.
Damn! Never was my unit so red, hot, and rubbery. That damp heat really soaked in deeply, leaving me feeling more “worked” than ever before. I stretched like hell! Got about 35 minutes of actual stretching with the hot rag. The area in my pubis, at my attachments, is already tender/sore. After I was all done (I had the heating pad plugged in and on “High”), I dried off, went to my office and held the pad on for about another 10-15 minutes.
That was ½ hour ago, and my noodle is still throwing off some serious heat – like an ember. This is crazy. I bet I’ll be pretty sore tomorrow. I know my “break” was supposed to last longer, but all of these posts & responses got me really stoked, I just had to try it.
I’m convinced. Gonna take another 7-10 days off then begin full blast. Hopefully, I can ride this out for another ½ to ¾ inch, then take a good 2-week+ break.
