BTW - I am using a “crunchy” for the band. It is the smooth cloth covered elastic cords women wear in their hair. Buy them at any store and they provide a good consistent pull, do not bother the skin along the leg and no chance of breaking.


Great, thanks for the feedback. Good idea on the crunchy hair band. Rubber bands tend to get caught on leg hair.

I am going to make a new Roll but cut the strap shorter so I don’t have to wrap it around my dick so many times. I think it could be easier to attach and less bulky. The bummer then will be re-attaching the velcro tab.

Great idea Shunga! I was considering adding an ADS to my routine, I’m giving this one a try. Tell me, do you actually feel the same fatigue with this after several hours as you do when hanging?

No it’s not the same but it can get intense. At some point you might be sitting in a meeting or walking around in a store and just go FUCK my dick is spent. Then stick with it and wait another 4 hours before you take it off! Seriously we need to be reasonable and check often that everything is OK when doing PE. Just because ADS is low stress doesn’t mean there can’t be safety issues. I have had my dick go stone cold and numb before and not even known it.

I had problems with the loop part of the wrist strap pulling out near the head of my dick, unless I wrapped tighter than I liked to. So, I took a small piece of Velcro, about 1 inch long by 1/2 inch wide, and stuck it on at the point marked with the arrow, overlapping the loop part and the first wrap around. Now I don’t have to wrap so tight to keep it on. Hope this explanation is clear enough.

Great suggestion. I have found similar issues due to the a symmetrical shape of the wrap.
Also try varying your penis angle when you lay it on the loop. Or try the first wrap perpendicular to the penis, then the second time around head more up toward the glans. On the third wrap head back down. If this doesn’t make sense let me know and I will take photos.

Have you been able to do a good session yet?

Thanks Shunga, yeah that makes sense. I’m still experimenting with this, only my 3rd day playing with it really. I think I’ve got it down now enough to go beyond the ~1-2 hour or so sessions I’ve tried, so I guess I’ve not done a “serious” session. But, just from what I’ve done so far I like it, makes me feel like I’m working on this PE thing more consistently if I’m doing something during the day when I’m not normally PE’ing. I’ve been playing around with PE for a few years, not really serious, but maybe that’s a good way to start.. I’ve seen some gains, not much, but enough to keep me going, every 1/4 inch counts!

Got all the stuff except for a strong rubber band. Any recs on where to find one that will be strong enough? I fear getting the kick in the balls from a snapping rubberband.

I got a bag of em with various sizes in the office section of CVS, where I bought everything else. I have to experiment more tomorrow though cuz my penis went cold and numb and I freaked out tonight.

Everything is cool… I just have to figure out how to get it to stay without wrapping too tightly.

My rubber bands are the type that come around a bundle of mail. You need to experiment with the strength of the wrap to keep from getting a cold or numb unit. If your rubber band is to strong it will also create problems because of pulling to hard.

I tried it for the first time today. This is my first experience with an ADS but it seems to be working great! No problems at all with the glans slipping and I have had it on for about two hours. I am absolutely going to start to add this to my regular routine. It’s comfortable, discreet, and easy to wear under my clothes. I look forward to increasing the amount of time I wear it and watching the results. I’ll be sure to report back periodically.

I WILL buy it today :)

I plan on wearing it for as long as possible throughout the day. When I’m not working out, showering, or at work, I’ll be wearing it. I’ll test it before wearing it to bed.
