It’s cool you gained an inch, bummer if you hit a roadblock, on the way to your quest. I have to believe everyone has to have a maximum point at which that just will not gain anymore (put’s on his Captain Obvious uniform). Not saying that you hit that point, but maybe you are close.

A one inch sustained gain is a pretty good result in my book, I personally will be very happy if I see that much gain. Perhaps an extended break from PE is in order, and then resume again in a couple of months. Sometimes weightlifters/bodybuilders struggle with long plateaus as well, usually means the body needs a rest period and a change in routines. I view PE as a type of bodybuilding.

^ Same here. I treat PE EXACTLY like lifting, well the concepts to gaining anyways. No matter how much you folks say that the penis isn’t a muscle, the concepts for growth are the same. As far as inconsistent routines, I did a routine for at least 3-5 monthes before I quit to make sure that it really wasn’t working. When I saw absolutely no gains, I would quit and try somehting new. Maybe im just really disappointed because I have made great gains in bodybuilding…been doing it for nearly 4 years and my gains keep getting better. I HAVE plateau’d before in weight lifting as well, but changing my routine in some way has allowed me to break through them.

I guess I’ll stop PEing for a while and then begin again in November (about a 2 month break). Longest break I have ever taken… Come back strong.

Have you been PE’ing all the same time you’ve been bodybuilding? You say you’ve been doing great at BB - maybe BB is just stressing your capacity to the max and shutting down any other gains you might get from PE. In other words, maybe back off a little on the BB to give PE more internal resources to work with.

Just a Thought - we feel your frustration and we do sympathise.

Look at far you’ve come so far and be grateful that you came that far, i.e., put things into the proper perspective. Many wish they could have a whole inch and be more than willing to wait 5 years for it.

Never judge your progress by the the progress of others.
We are all different and we get there when we get there.
If you think you could have done better then re-evaluate /re-trace your steps to see where you might have went wrong but do not downplay your success simply because it was not the goal you were aiming for originally.

I don’t see how weight training would limit one’s PE gains. Penis is not a muscle. The building that’s done here is very minimal, it’s more of stretching that’s going on. And for that, actually the weaker the tissues are, the better.

Yes, I have been lifting even longer than I have with PEing. However, if anything, I think weightlifting will PROMOTE gains. I eat plenty of food to get nutrients, but adding lifting will increase natural testosterone production, hGH production/release and improve blood circulation. I don’t think that lifting hinders my results unless someone can prove otherwise….?

Just getting some frustration out that no matter how hard I work, I can’t get anything to really motivate me to go on…in fact it does the opposite. Every time I work just as hard if not harder during a session and see no gains….it makes me want to just quit it more and more. It’s gotten to the point where depression has turned to anger….

Perhaps you are trying too hard and not allowing enough time for the tissues to recuperate. Believe it or not but sometimes “Less is More”.
I recommend you take a two or three week break from PE and you may find that during that break you will have renewed your enthusiasm and maybe renewed the ability for your tissues to respond. Start back slowly and gradually—maybe incorporate more rest days into your routine.

Try this….take a long break; say, 2 months at least. Ease back into it. Jelq every other day, but stretch every day - and not just for 5 or 10 minutes. Stretch vigorously beginning at 15 minutes per day (use a timer so you’re not just guessing). Add 5 minutes to your daily stretch time every 7-10 days or so (be prepared to log up to an hour or more per day, eventually).

And always use a hot wrap (I’m relearning this wonderful little secret). Soak a rag quite hot (as hot as you can tolerate, but don’t burn your skin) - let it sit till it cools, then reheat & repeat. Do at least 3-5 minutes before your session and then another 3-5 in the middle of your stretch session.

Be careful that you’re not thwarting your efforts with nicotine or excess caffeine. Take some moderate supplementation and drink lots of water. I’m about 99% confident that this approach (if you stick to it) will jumpstart your growth.

What do you feel about the sit stretch? You tuck your penis under you and sit on it…if you want a better stretch you lean back. Stop every 15 minutes to let the circulation get back for 2-3 minutes and then resume. I never really felt that great of a stretch doing it manually except when going side to side. Maybe sit on it and then to side pulls?

I’m going to go against the grain here and say that you should be getting better results. Congratulations on your gains so far, but I would be dissapointed if I was gaining that slow also.

There is no reason why anyone should not be making consistent gains!!! If you stretch hard enough, for a long enough time, it will grow! I think most people problem is INTENSITY. How much does it hurt when you stretch?? I stretch to the point where it feels like hell, like a really intense hamstring stretch, where you are grimacing and sweating from the pain. This kind of intensity has gotten me 2” EL and 1” EG in 10 months of PE. I don’t mean to rub this in your face, I’m just saying that anyone can make those gains if they are willing to put up with the pain.

Make it hard on yourself. Don’t stretch at an angle where only a fraction of the penis is being stretched, so that it’s easy. Get into a position where you have to put your whole body into it, and then stretch the fuck out of it.

How many inches did you gain on your biceps in the same amount of time you were working on your PE? Or your forearms? Those are entire muscle groups and it’s still hard to put on inches in a years time. I just think you need to be a little more realistic. It’s good to have to high golds and great expectations. The reason is to stay motivated. Your high golds are seemingly not motivating you but discouraging. Might want to reevaluate your mind set.

Or pull harder like Juke suggests?
