I’d add one more sign - specifically for hangers….the “tree roots” effect (as Dino has called it). Those signs are obvious - the very thick, almost extended base, which looks like a smaller pubis mound on top of their regular pubis mound.
Bib has explained this as the thicker, inner tendons/ligs being pulled out and/or enlarged from hanging weights (both plausible theories). But I would say that the look is specific to hangers. Piet has it, Dino says it has it, so does SWM.
Other signs, like discoloration, vascularity, or ballbat effect, can be genetic - but the “tree roots” syndrome seems to be truly limited to hangers.

Hair climbing up the shaft of an erect penis and even some flacid ones is also a sign of a very tight of low circumcision.
Tree roots could be and elarged spongiosm. I seen an anatomy pic from westla90069 that showed how they diverge at the base of the penis. Could they be more developed in some naturally and develope as a result of hanger stress.
Your balls are supposed to hang one lower than the other. It is biological; if they were the same length you would constantly be crushing them against each other. This way one can escape and around the other. I read somewhere that the right testicle hangs lower in 85% of all men. I’m a righty.

The Ring of Gains is a sign of PE. It’s a small indention that encircles the shaft just behind the head. It’s been brought up in the Member Pics forum that Lexington Steele has one.
About the tree roots, if any of you have ever seen Mandingo, he’s got what look to be tree roots. He’s also about 12-13 inches long. No shit.
Also does any one know if the testicles can be stretched back down to where they started. I think this would take care of that and the hair problem. I’m also going to try Kalo permanent hair removal when I get the chance. It looks good.
