Hey guys, I know clamping for an extended period of time is bad for the dick, but I was wondering if clamping while sleeping is a good idea. Like I would put the clamp on my dick loose enough for blood to get in, but tight enough to have a little blood retained in my penis. Is this a good idea or a bad idea?

Right. All it takes is a couple of hours of restricted blood flow for you to completely kill off your penis, and have to have it amputated.

Always be in control when it comes to your dick. A clamped dick is a dick that feels like a lead pipe and really has no bend to it. If you clamp it and go to sleep, one quick turn and you could possibly break it. Use commen sense my friend. A bigger dick isn’t that important.
