I just had a wicked girth session and I have got beautiful red spots even though I used lots of heat… I believe this is a good sign… at least it shows that the capilaries were being pushed beyond what they normally go lol.

The only thing I need to add now are orange bends, but for the life of me, I can’t work them out - despite reading numerous threads on them….

I wish someone would make a video of doing them for me… an early christmas present?? lol, I am not one to beg. It would just be helpful.

Gained an inch in length so far just from manual stretching and a homemade penis tonic. (Olive oil, vitamin E, arnica, rosemary, lavender) and by consuming Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng and pomegranate juice.

I believe that a man starting out small will gain a larger amount then someone starting out large. (For the most part!)

If I start at 4”, and see gains, I will most likely stick to PE for a much longer time then if I start at 8”. After all, most say they would like a 10” dick dangling between his legs, but in reality it is not practical. So starting at 8” and gaining an inch or so you are more likely to be satisfied. On the other hand, if you go from 4” to 5”, you will most like want 6”, then 7”

Flaccid 5+ inches on a good day. 4 1/2+ pretty much anytime. My gains have slowed to a snails pace, but I will not quit!!!!!!!

I agree that starting size does not necessarily reflect the amount of gains one will have. But, I would imagine that if you have two penises with equal elasticity and both could only gain 25% of there starting length but one is starting at 4” and the other is starting at 8”, the 8” would be able to grow 2” while the 4” would only be able to grow 1”. But I don’t think penises necessarily work that way.

No. I’m saying that your gains potential is based upon the existing levels of elasticity in your penis. And this level can be judged (with reasonable accuracy) by your ratio of flaccid:erect size.

A grower is more elastic, a shower is less elastic.

This is based on my theory that PE gains are achieved as elasticity is exhausted (from the PE workouts), and the penis very gradually achieves plastic deformation.

I know that the stretch I have been doing is the only thing contributing to my gains as this is the one that I am using 99% of the time. I am getting a little concerned by it though… has anyone else experienced a muscular-type pain for 2 days after doing a certain stretch? Is this a good or bad thing? It lasts for ages, I hope this is a good sign. I believe this stretch suits me most because I have a VERY high erection angle, it is almost verticle when erect.

I have also been pushing my erection down to try to stretch the ligs… I have no idea if this is supposed to work or not - maybe this is giving me length gains too. If I push my erection down, I can almost get the glans pointing at the floor - but with great stretch-type pains.

Can we name the stretch that I have been using to make it easier to refer to? It doesn’t have to be named after me, because I am sure lots of people use it.

It is all dependant on the location of your package, some of us have lower loin region’s and some of us are raised up higher in the groin area. Women have the same physiological juxtapositions of their vagina’s. If you are lower your potential is less due to more inner penis being exposed than if your “boyz” are at a higher angle where more inner penis will be hidden.

Without much elasticity, where would the potential gains come from? While you’re correct that a very elastic penis tends to “ping” back after stretching, a penis with no elasticity won’t stretch at all (rather, it would stretch very little). If there’s no elasticity to an object and it’s placed under pressure, it will tear or break.

The very elastic penis represents more potential gains AND more stubborn application. The inelastic penis will respond more quickly, but with little elasticity, it also has little potential for ultimate gains.
