I’ve been using the RB Power Stretcher* every day for a few weeks and it works very well.
Instead of putting the PVC pipe on it, I fulcrum around a piece of of the self-adhesing foam pipe insulation that I have around to replace the pads on my Power Jelq (canning jar lifter!).
To install, I did this sequence:
— Cut a length of pipe insulation so it’s slighly wider than the assembled U bolt, so the sharp edges are covered.
— Cut two small holes in the top of the pipe insulation, for the ends of the U bolt to fit through.
— Put the pipe insulation on the U bolt, then put the flat metal cross beam that comes with the U bolt (or it does at Home Depot at least) on the U bolt.
— Screw on the bolts, so the flat metal piece is flush against the inside of the pipe insulation. (Are those things you screw on called bolts or nuts? Another thing my dad never taught me.)
— Fuse the seam of the pipe insulation together by just pulling off the protective tape if you’re using the self adhesing kind.
— Begin yanking dick.
I use this to do most of my A and V stretches now. You can pull your dick around the fulcrum and pull on the handle, or as a variation to a V stretch, push the thing down on top of your ligs as you pull up on your dick.
I also take a dog leash, clip it on to the handle, wrap other end around my foot, and do some real hardcore V stretches that way, using my leg as the yanker.
*I call it that just to razz you because I know you’re not into getting things named after you.
