Some advice
I figured out my lot was around 8:00, I was wondering if I should stick with my regular stretching routine that was focused more on the ligs or to change up the stretching to focus more on the tunica for more length gains. So far I have had results in regular stretching but would like to switch things up as I have been doing the same routine for the past 2 months. Do you think it would be a good idea to try switching stretching techniques for better results?
